The Muldrow High School Band has been selected as a 2010 Oklahoma Music Educators Association (OMEA) Honor Group. The band will perform at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 21 at the OMEA State Conference in the Tulsa Convention Center. The wind ensemble was also selected as an honor group for their exceptional musical performance, Clint Williams, band director, said. Band members are, in no particular order, Brandon Aikey, Penny Aphonexay, Kayla Armer, Heather Branscum, Shelby Braughler, Zach Brown, Lyndsey Broyles, Amber Buben, Sarah Buden, Alden Butler, Layla Butler, Kirsten Chase, Amber DeLaCerda, Hailey Dobbs, Rae-Leigh English, Abby Frye, Traye Gann, Rosie Garris, Leah Geren, Jack Gray, Ben Hill, Brett Howard, Logan Hyles, Makayla Jackson, Travis Jackson, Katlyn Johnson, Rachel Johnson, Matthew Lesslie, Michael Magers, Taylor McGee, Gretchan Moore, Zach Moore, Matt Myers, Sam Myers, Devin Parham, Savannah Patterson, Brianna Powers, Mark Rosenberg, Sarah Sharp, Samantha Silva, Ariel Soukkaseum, Paige Stricklen, Tenley Stricklen, Elizabeth Tarr, Katelyn Turpin, Damien Walls, Diana Walls, and Kelsee Washington.
