Sweet Pepper Poppers
8oz block cream cheese, softened
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
12oz crab, diced
2 tsps. Old Bay or other seasonings as desired
Mini sweet peppers, I buy two bags and end up using about one and a half to use up all the mixture. Remove tops of peppers and slice each in half length
Remove tops of peppers and slice each in half lengthwise. Remove any seeds you may find. Set aside. In medium bowl, add all ingredients except the peppers. Mix well until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Fill each pepper half with crab mixture. Place peppers in air fryer basket leaving a little space between each one. Set temperature to 400°F and set timer for 7 minutes. Serve warm.
