Why is the city this way?

I have lived in the city of Sallisaw for many years now. I‚ve seen lots of things that need fixing. But one major thing that makes me angry is the people and police of Sallisaw.

On any given day you can sit on my front porch and see cars driving down the streets. Some drive at a good and sensible speed and watch out for kids and bikes, but others aren‚t considerate at all. They come flying down the street speeding at a very high rate of speed, some as high as 80 mph. It...
