BBQ Chicken Nachos
1 cup cooked, shredded BBQ chicken ¼ cup barbecue sauce ½ block Velveeta Queso Blanco cheese, cubed 1 cup salsa ½ cup milk, plus more if needed Tortilla chips Diced onion Shredded Mexican blend cheese Sour cream Plus or minus any other toppings as desired, feel free to top these as you would any nacho In medium saucepan over low medium heat, add milk and cheese. Stir frequently until cheese is completely melted and no lumps remain. Add salsa and heat one minute further. Remove from heat. If needed, reheat chicken in skillet. Layer chips on plate. Top with chicken and drizzle it all with barbecue sauce. Top with cheese sauce to taste. Finish nachos as desired. I topped mine with diced onion and sour cream. Yum!
