Toasted Croissant
4 croissants halved lengthwise 16oz deli turkey or other meat of choosing 12 slices cooked bacon, more or less to taste-I used 3 slices per sandwich 1 large tomato, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 2 avocados halved, pitted, and sliced ¼ cup mayonnaise Smash avocados and season to taste. I used just a little garlic and herb mixture. Mix well to combine and set aside. Slice each croissant in half and toast on lowest heat until desired toast darkness is reached. This can be done in skillet, air fryer or toaster oven. Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of each toasted croissant. Arrange sandwich as desired. I started with cheese on bottom, tomato, onion, deli meat, bacon and smashed, seasoned avocado. Then top with other half of croissant. Enjoy!
