Cheeseburger Cups
6 hamburger buns, split 1 medium onion, diced 1lb ground beef 1 Tbsp. hamburger seasoning as desired, more or less to taste-I used Head Country seasoning Shredded Mexican blend cheese Miracle Whip Diced tomato and onion Other hamburger toppings as desired such as pickles, sesame seeds, ketchup or mustard Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin pan with cooking spray. Flatten bun halves to ¼” thick and place one in each prepared cup of muffin tin. In large skillet over medium heat, add onion and hamburger meat. Break up meat with spatula and cook until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain excess grease. Return beef to skillet and season with hamburger seasoning. Add beef to each bun cup in muffin tin. Top with cheese to taste and bake until cheese is melted and buns are toasted, about 12 minutes. Top each cup with Miracle Whip, tomato and onion, along with any other toppings desired. Enjoy!
