No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened 1½ cup powdered sugar 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup milk 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1 16oz container whipped topping, thawed 2 9”graham cracker pie crusts Chocolate syrup and mini Reese’s cups for topping, if desired In large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla. Scrape down edges of bowl and add milk. Slowly beat 1 minute. Increase speed and beat until smooth and combined. Fold in whipped topping. Divide mixture evenly into pie crusts. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Before serving drizzle pie with chocolate syrup and sprinkle mini Reese’s cups on top. Serve cold. Refrigerate any leftovers immediately.
