Vian squads split road games against Westville

WESTVILLE — The Vian High School basketball teams split their road games Tuesday night at Westville.

The Wolverines ended the night with a 54-39 win over the Yellowjackets, but the Lady Yellowjackets stung the Lady Wolverines 37-33 in the opener.

In the boys’ game, Yonsi Grass led the Wolverines (4-4) with 26 points, followed by Masyn Wright and Dante Glass with 11 points each, Trace Sanders with four points and Ethan Pollock with two points.
