Isn’t more control better than less?

I’m not a member of the Oklahoma Legislature, but I’ve got an idea for new legislation. How about a bill requiring state legislators — heck, why not all politicians, especially those who instigate an insurrection against our democracy — to be licensed and forced to take periodic drug tests as well as mental competency tests that are more than identifying a picture of a whale?
