Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap
Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap 2lbs. 93% lean ground turkey 1 large, 10-inch tortillas per Crunch Wrap 2 slices American slices or shredded cheese per wrap 2 Tbsps. ketchup, mayo or mustard depending on your preference Pickle, shredded lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices and other burger toppings of choice Form patties and place on serving tray. Once tray is full, sprinkle seasoning to taste over the layer of hamburgers. If you still have meat, lay more wax paper over patties and continue forming patties. Repeat as needed. Place patties in refrigerator until ready to cook. On pre-heated grill, place patties seasoned side down. Season side facing you. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side, flipping only once. Prepare tostada shells according to package. Place burger in center of wrap followed by cheese, tostada shell, pickles, onion, tomato, condiments and lettuce. Fold sides over by folding the sides over each other. Place on hot skillet, folded side down. Cook until browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until browned and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes more.
