Cheeseburger Pasta
2lbs ground beef ½ onion chopped 1-2 tsps. garlic powder, to taste Salt and pepper Hamburger seasoning, to taste 1½ cup sour cream 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup can 8oz Velveeta Queso B l a n c o , cubed, more or less to taste 12oz pasta of your choice Tomato and onion for topping if desired In large skillet, brown ground turkey with diced yellow onion. Drain off excess grease if needed. Season to taste. In same skillet, add sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cubed Velveeta cheese. While browning meat, boil water and prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain pasta and return to pot. Add meat mixture to pasta. If you think it’s too thick, add milk to thin it out some. Serve topped with tomato and onion. Yum!
