Give me the facts, I’ll form my own opinions, decisions
Dear Editor, I am writing in response to an article entitled 'Legislators declare state's independence from 'sinister motives' of medical experts' in the May 1 newspaper. The writer of the article opines 'In short, based on a House resolution passed last week and a Senate bill expected to soon be voted upon, state lawmakers would rather Oklahomans die from something like COVID or small pox or Bubonic Plague than conform to scholarly medical endorsements that would prevent death as well as the spread of a disease.' Really? What 'scholarly medical endorsements'? International bureaucrats or national bureaucrats far from Sequoyah County have NOT impressed me over the past five years.
