Students undertake Lego project

The STEM camp students at Liberty Elementary in Sallisaw began a project with Lego Stemfinity, focusing on science, technology and engineering. They built and coded a Lego Ferris wheel, understanding how to connect it to a computer and code it for functionality. Additionally, Ms. Laynie Gerred taught the students about hydroponics and growing plants without soil, and will continue to expand their knowledge as the seeds are prepared for the hydroponic system.
