Sallisaw’s problems need addressed

I have been a long-term resident of Sallisaw now for many years. The town has a lot of problems that need to be addressed, such as people speeding on the streets and running stops signs, which the police are very lax at their duties of doing anything about it.

But the one huge major problem that is not being fixed is the flooding and damage of all the rain water. The ditches are full of dirt and the culverts under the driveways are plugged up. I have asked more than 30 times for the c...
