We had 15 members and one visitor show up for TOPS Monday. Karen had the best weight loss of 2.4 pounds for the week. Way to go, Karen! Annette’s name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl but she had a slight gain so the quarters stay in the bowl and a name will be drawn next week. We have seventeen blocks to complete the Lucky Lotto game. Our Surprise box is new, so the ladies will try to win the new prize. The Ladder Contest has started a new contest, we now have six ladies clothes pins on the first rung. The chapter challenge for this week is plan meals for 3 days this coming week. See everyone lighter next week.
