Hospital remains optimistic despite $8 million debt

According to the latest audit for Sequoyah Hospital Authority (SHA), SHA owes Northeastern Health System (NHS) more than $15 million for contracted salary and benefits, management fees and other services, with some questioning if NHS should “let Sallisaw [hospital] go.”
