Motorist camaraderie

On my commute to work from Vian to Sallisaw, I can pinpoint each morning where Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers will be stationed on I-40. It’s usually between Dwight Mission and the first Sallisaw exit that you will see them gathered in the center median, two or three at a time.
