Fishing Report for September 4

EUFAULA: Aug 30. Elevation is two feet below normal (falling). Water temperature is 82 degrees and stained. Bass, largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, jerk baits, lipless baits and plastic baits around channels, docks, main lake and points. Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait and shad around channels, river channel, river mouth and tailwater. Black Crappie White Crappie fair on jigs, minnows around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Jake Rowland, game warden in McIntosh County.
