Beware of copperheads while being outside

In the early fall, my wife and I often start walking two miles a day down our road which runs along the Arkansas River. The fall air and scenic views make for a perfect way to clear our minds and get some exercise. However, on one of our recent walks, we were reminded that we’re not alone out here. A snake was positioned in the middle of the road.
