It’s a dog’s world (cats, too)

People with dogs, and some with cats, lined up Saturday morning in front of Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library for the Sallisaw Animal Advocates’ free spaying/neutering/microchipping/registration fall event. Dr. Paula Haraway called the clinic “an incredible turnout,” and cited the help of “the Tahlequah group, Dr. Synar, Dr. Canady and all the other people” who helped vaccinate 250 pets. The Cherokee Nation Office of Environmental Health and Petco Love helped sponsor the event.
