We had 11 in attendance with a total net weight loss of 8.5 pounds. We only had a 2.5 pound gain. What a great job our ladies did this past week. Our best weight loss came from Virginia with 2.5 pounds! Way to go, Virginia!! Brenda’s name was drawn for the Two Bit Bowl, we will be drawing next week. Our Ladder Contest is still in progress. We have two more rungs to win this contest. Good luck Ladies! Our chapter challenge for this coming week is to “Eat more fruit”.
