TULSA — The Oral Roberts University women’s basketball team picked up their second straight Mayor’s Cup win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, a feat that hadn’t been accomplished since 2017, after the Golden Eagles prevailed 67-56 Sunday afternoon at the Donald W. Reynolds Center.
