Sallisaw man found in possession of child pornography

A Sallisaw man was reportedly found to be in possession of juvenile pornography following an investigation by Sallisaw Police. John E. Starks, 33, was charged on Nov. 12 in Sequoyah County District Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest the same day. He received a $35,000 bond and is now set for a 9 a.m. Dec. 11 felony disposition docket with Associate District Judge Kyle Waters.
