Wolverines suffer dual loss to Wagoner

WAGONER — The Vian Wolverines wrestling team suffered its first dual loss of the season, falling 58-21 to the host Wagoner Bulldogs on Tuesday night.

The Wolverines (2-1 in duals this season) got three pinfall wins by Garritt Hunt, Gunner Richey and Tyson Murphy, while Tristan Wiley won by decision.

The Wolverines will be idle until entertaining the Hulbert Riders for a dual at 6 p.m. Jan. 9 at B.J. Traw Gymnasium.
