HAPPY NEW YEAR! It is a new year, a new beginning for TOPS OK 0737 Sallisaw. We had a wonderful year in 2024. Our chapter had a net loss of 134 pounds for the year. We had five ladies lose over 20 pounds each. Way to go, Donna, Brenda H, Cindy, Neve and Lynda! You girls are Division winners!! Monday, we will be celebrating with Brenda M as she has reached her goal and have become a KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly). Congratulations Brenda for you hard work of reaching your goal!
