Local tracksters, relays do well at Warner Invitational
WARNER — Several local track athletes and relay teams did well in Tuesday’s Warner Invitational.
Muldrow’s Teaguen Collins won the 100-meter dash (11.26 seconds) and the high jump (6-4), was runnerup in the long jump (18-6) and was fourth in the 400-meter dash (52.37).
Central’s Braxin Goodson won the 800-meter dash (2:09.82), nipping Roland’s Landon Killer (2:11.28) who was second, and took the gold medal in the 300-meter hurdles (42.76 seconds).
Roland’s Molly Carver won the 1,600-meter run (5:57.54) and was runner-up in the 3,200-meter run (12:46.09).
In fact, Carver’s runnerup finish in the 3,200-meter run led a 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 local finish in the event. After Carver, Webbers Falls Lady Warrior Cheyanne Herrier was third (14:43.33), Muldrow’s Genna Stephenson was fourth (14:49.97), Muldrow’s Emma Fields was fifth (14:53.28), Webbers Falls’ Peyton Shanks was sixth (16:44.11), Muldrow’s Isabelle Rogers was seventh (16:59.71) and Webbers Falls’ River Qualls was eighth (18:20.57).
Central Lady Tiger Charlie Petree won the shot put (3311) and was third in the discus (102-0).
The Central Tigers’ 1,600-meter relay team of Gavin Randolph, Dillon Miller, Goodson and Noah Buzzard won the event with a time of 3:35.59, with the Roland Rangers’ foursome of Damonte Owens, Mason Kemp, Daxton Owens and Josh Bower coming in fifth (3:53.96).
As for other individuals, Central’s Alyvia Warner was second (51.52 seconds), Vian’s Tina Rautenberg was seventh (58.08), Webbers Falls Lady Warrior Kailey Mannon was 12th (59.83), Central’s Alexxus Bolin was 13th (59.98) and Webbers Falls’ Katie Frazier was 16th (1:03.82) in the girls’ 300-meter hurdles.
In the girls’ long jump, Roland’s Mira Reagan was runner-up (13-8), Muldrow’s Chloee Clark was third (13-5), Vian’s Annie Neal was 10th (12-8), Webbers Falls Lady Warrior Bridgette Baer was 12th (12-6), Muldrow’s Kilah Ellingberg was 16th (12-2), Muldrow’s Gracie Prewett was 17th (12-1), Frazier was 20th (11-10), Central’s Jhaselyn Gonzalez was 21st (11-6) and Webbers Falls’ Abbie Patterson was 25th (11-1).
Roland’s Dalton Crossno was second (45-5), Roland’s Coby Campbell was fifth (3911), Muldrow’s Mark Gleason was seventh (39-2), Vian’s Peyton Johnson was eighth (38-11), Webbers Falls Warrior Thadan Yandell was 10th (379), Central’s Cole Holcomb was 11th (37-7) and Vian’s Nathen Cheater was 14th (35-10) in the boys’ shot put.
In the boys’ 1,600-meter run, Killer was third (5:04.46), Muldrow’s Kendall Howell was 12th (5:48.54), Muldrow’s Parker McLane was 15th (6:02.71), Webbers Falls Warrior Ryker Gilley was 23rd (6:26.13), Webbers Falls’ Joseph Moore was 25th (6:45.7) and Muldrow’s Zeeshan Bukhari was 27th (6:55.98).
Roland’s Blake Ryder was third (21.27 seconds) and Webbers Falls’ Cordae Shine was fifth (24.14) in the boys 110-meter hurdles.
In the boys’ 100-meter dash, Roland’s Paul Johnson was fourth (11.5 seconds), Roland’s Trevor Lasiter was 11th (11.81), Vian’s Jacob Brannick was 17th (12.17), Central’s Aidan Sainer was 18th (12.19), Dillon Miller was 23rd (12.68), Muldrow’s Gabe Smalley was 24th (12.72) and Central’s Brycen Chandler-Eisman was 33rd (13.25).
Muldrow’s Jensi Fields was fourth (89-4), Muldrow’s Maysi Fields was ninth (80-5) and Vian’s Emery Smith was 11th (76-6) in the discus.
In the boys’ high jump, Roland’s Nate Criswell was fourth (5-6), Roland’s Buck Triplett was seventh (5-6), Vian’s Austin Wilson and Kyle King tied for ninth (5-4) and Ryder was 11th (5-2).
Vian’s Blazi Dieter was fourth (2:46.63), Muldrow’s Tiphany Martinez was fifth (2:50.13), Prewett was ninth (3:04.19), Central’s Scarlett Harrison was 10th (3:10.78), Central’s Cambree Bair was 18th (3:19.03), Roland’s Abby Bower was 23rd (3:26.54), Central’s Ryleigh Pierce was 25th (3:29.01), Roland’s Anistyn Howard was 26th (3:30.99), Qualls was 27th (3:3.21 and Vian’s Maya Silos was 29th (3:59.01) in the girls’ 800-meter run.
In the boys’ 800-meter run, Buzzard was fourth (2:11.91), Central’s Cale Stewart was 26th (2:38.28) and Gilley was 38th (3:14.48).
Randolph was fifth (52.44 seconds), Wilson was 13th (57.89), Josh Bower was 15th (58.53), Webbers Falls’ Colton Lester was 17th (58.56), Central’s Jake Woods was 18th (59.21), Roland’s Jack Johnson was 20th (59.69), Central’s Aiden Cawhorn was 21st (59.91), Stewart was 22nd (1:01.46) and Smalley was 25th (1:02.55).
In the girls’ 1,600-meter run, Herrier was fifth (6:34.2), Central’s Paris Campbell was sixth (6:49.41), Stephenson was seventh (6:52.38), Emma Fields was 10th (7:03.14), Central’s Xhayla Mosby was 11th (7:07.56), Roland’s Cadence Cole was 12th (7:29.32), Rogers was 13th (7:38.88), Shanks was 14th (7:41.26) and Central’s Rileigh Ford was 15th (7:43.5).

Roland’s Hunter Lowe was sixth (11:53.82), Howell was eighth (13:09.87) and Moore was 15th (15:45.89) in the boys’ 3,200-meter run.
In the girls’ 400-meter dash, Moya was sixth (1:07.09), Muldrow’s London Hardin was seventh (1:08.7), Martinez was 13th (1:12.05), Dieter was 14th (1:12.51), Gonzalez was 15th (1:13.69), Central’s Kinly Lovell was 17th (1:14.48), Harrison was 26th (1:18.4) and Roland’s Madi Whisenant was 27th (1:18.45).
Smith was sixth (29-10), Roland’s Danielle McElhaney was 13th (27-10), Maysi Fields was 19th (26-0), Jensi Fields was 20th (25-9.5), Vian’s Izzy Clouse was 21st (25-8.5), Roland’s Jestina Cantrell was 23rd (25-5) and Poindexter was 24th (25-0.5) in the girls’ shot put.
In the girls’ high jump, Ellingberg was sixth (4-8), Byers was 10th (4-2) and Cox was 11th (4-2).
Warner was eighth (19.27 seconds), Rautenberg was 10th (19.67), Bolin was 14th (21.01), Frazier was 16th (22.1) and Vian’s Alina Mendoza was 21st (30.48) in the girls’ 100-meter hurdles.
In the boys’ discus, Vian’s Tristan Wiley was eighth (97-10), Gleason was 10th (97-1) and Roland’s Braxton Prewett was 11th (91-10).
In the girls’ 100-meter dash, Hardin was ninth (14.0 seconds), Moya was 10th (14.03), Reagan was 11th (14.13), Kaitlin Clark was 13th (14.26), Chloee Clark was 14th (14.28), Lovell was 21st (14.6), Kylynn Miller was 26th (14.73), Gonzalez was 27th (14.75) and Vian’s Annie Neal was 29th (14.8).
Roland’s Damonte Owens was ninth (17-9), while teammate Uriah Phillips was 10th in the boys’ long jump.
In the boys’ 200-meter dash, Randolph was 11th (25.31 seconds), Sainer was 12th (25.36), Roland’s Aden Sutton was 13th (25.43), Brannick was 14th (25.47), Lester was 18th (26.86), Roland’s Billy McElhaney was 20th (26.92), Cawhorn was 21st (27.11), Chandler-Eisman was 23rd (27.51), Smalley was 25th (27.86), Vian’s Dick Spencer was 32nd (29.04) and Webbers Falls Warrior Chevy Cole was 25th (29.04).
As for relays, the Roland boys’ team of Phillips, Lasiter, Sutton and Johnson was third (1:37.73) and Central’s foursome of Woods, Goodson, Randolph and Miller was fourth (1:38.25) in the 800-meter relay.
In the girls’ 3,200-meter relay, Central’s foursome of Campbell, Harrison, Mosby and Bair was fourth (11:35.59), Roland’s quartet of Carver, Abby Bower, Howard and Cole was sixth (12:29.44) and Webbers Falls’ team of Herrier, Smith, Mason and Patterson was seventh (12:37.47).
Central’s Campbell, Kaitlin Clark, Poindexter and Bair came in fourth in the girls’ 800-meter relay (1:58.36), while Webbers Falls’ quartet of Baer, Smith, Mason and Mannon was eighth (2:07.56).
Roland’s 400-meter relay boys team of Phillips, Lasiter, Criswell and Johnson came in fifth (46.07 seconds), while Kemp, Josh Bower, Lowe and Killer came in fifth in the 3,200-meter relay (9:31.93) In the girls’ 400-meter relay, Central’s Gonzales, Lovell, Thompson and Warner came in sixth (55.39 seconds), while Webbers Falls’ foursome of Baer, Smith, Patterson and Mannon was ninth (58.7).
Central’s quartet of Bair, Pierce, Thompson and Campbell was sixth in the girls’ 1,600-meter relay (4:43.43).
As for boys’ team standings, Roland was fifth (62 points), Central was sixth (54), Muldrow was eighth (32) and Webbers Falls tied for 15th (two).
The Lady Tigers were fifth in team standings with 45 points, followed by Roland in 10th place (29 points), Muldrow in 12th place (21), Webbers Falls in 14th place (nine) and Vian in 16th place (five).
